Refund Policy

Last updated: 19th February, 2026

This Refund Policy explains when Edupier (“we”, “us”, “our”) will provide refunds for purchases made on www.edupier.in (the “Website”) for services such as classes, courses, subscriptions, and other digital/learning services (the “Services”). By purchasing from EduPier, you agree to this Policy.

1. Important note about digital services

Many Edupier offerings are delivered instantly (e.g., access to digital content, live class slots, learning materials, or subscription features). Because of this, refunds are limited and will be issued only in the situations described below, unless required otherwise by applicable law.

2. Eligibility for refunds

You may be eligible for a full or partial refund in the following cases: (a) Duplicate payment: You were charged more than once for the same purchase. (b) Payment deducted but order not confirmed: Your payment was successful but you did not receive access/confirmation due to a technical error attributable to us. (c) Incorrect charge: You were charged an amount different from what was shown at checkout (excluding bank charges/taxes, where applicable). (d) Service not delivered: We failed to deliver the purchased Service for reasons solely attributable to EduPier (e.g., a paid course was cancelled by us and we did not provide an alternative). (e) Statutory exceptions: Any situation where a refund is required under applicable consumer protection laws.

3. Not eligible for refunds

Refunds will generally not be provided for: (a) Change of mind after purchase. (b) Partial use of a subscription period or course access period, unless explicitly stated otherwise below. (c) Failure to attend live classes/sessions, unless the absence was caused by EduPier (e.g., session cancellation without reschedule). (d) User-caused technical issues (e.g., device, internet, or incorrect email/phone entered), unless we cannot reasonably resolve access issues. (e) Violation of Terms: If access is suspended/terminated due to your breach of our Terms of Service. (f) Digital content consumed/downloaded: If the core digital content has been accessed, streamed, downloaded, or substantially consumed, except where required by law.

4. Course-specific rules (choose what applies and delete the rest)

Option A: No-questions refund window (recommended if you want a simple policy): Refund requests are allowed within [X] days of purchase only if less than [Y]% of the course/content has been accessed and no certificate has been issued.

Option B: Before start date only (common for cohort/live batches): If you purchased a cohort/batch course, refunds are allowed only if requested at least [N] hours/days before the batch start date/time. After the batch starts, no refunds.

Option C: Pro-rated refund (rare, but possible for subscriptions): Subscription refunds may be issued on a pro-rated basis only when required by law or when EduPier’s service outage exceeds [threshold].

5. Reschedules, credits, and substitutions

In some cases, instead of a refund, EduPier may offer: (a) rescheduling to another batch/session, (b) account credit/voucher, or (c) an equivalent replacement service. If you accept a credit or replacement, that may be treated as settlement of the refund request.

6. How to request a refund

To request a refund, email [support@edupier.in] with: (a) your full name, (b) registered email/phone, (c) order ID / transaction reference, (d) date of payment, (e) amount paid, (f) reason for refund request, (g) screenshots/receipts (recommended). We may ask for additional verification to prevent fraud.

7. Review timeline and processing time

We aim to review refund requests within [5–10] business days. If approved, refunds are typically processed within [7–14] business days after approval. Actual credit time may vary by your bank/payment provider.

8. Refund method

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method where possible. If that is not possible, we may issue a refund via bank transfer/UPI after collecting required details. Bank/payment gateway charges, convenience fees, or taxes may be non-refundable where permitted and where such charges are not returned to us.

9. Chargebacks and disputes

If you initiate a chargeback with your bank without contacting us first, we may suspend your account while the dispute is investigated. We recommend contacting us at [support@edupier.in] to resolve issues faster.

10. Changes to this policy

We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on the Website with a new “Last updated” date. Purchases will be governed by the policy in effect at the time of purchase, unless the law requires otherwise.
